Welcome to our Early Learning Program for 2026.

2026 ELP Forms 

You will have received information about reviewing and updating Student and Parent information accessed via Parent Lounge.  If you have not completed this already can we please ask you to do so.

In addition to the information requested we are also required to annually collect additional information which can be provided by downloading the Annual ELP Additional Information Form file below.

Funded Kindergarten Place Declaration – the Victorian Government requires parents to confirm where they will be claiming their child’s funded kindergarten place in 2026.  

Please download and complete the Funded Kindergarten Place Declaration form below.

Please download, complete and save both forms, using your child’s GIVEN NAME and SURNAME as the file reference and return to jo.reed@billanook.vic.edu.au
