During our ANZAC Service we we gathered on the banks of Brushy Creek to reflect on how fortunate we are and to be grateful for the opportunities that are available to us one and all. We gathered to demonstrate our respect for those people who have, through their own sacrifice, provided us with these opportunities. Our thanks to Major Mitchell who spoke today of his appreciation of the Round Square IDEALS he learnt and instilled in himself as a past student of Billanook, and how they relate to his military service and life in general: Internationalism, Democracy, Environmentalism, Adventure, Leadership and Service.
