Welcome to the Parent Lounge guide.

• Medical Information
• Parent Contact Information
• Emergency Contacts
• Student Data

You will need to following information to complete the process and ensure we have all the required data for your child to start their journey with us.

• Australian Immunisation History Statement (download via MyGov)
• Medicare Details
• Private Heath Insurance Details (if applicable)
• Allergy or Anaphylaxis Management Plans (and the like, if applicable)
• Details, prescription and dosage information for any regular medications if they need to be administered at School
• Information for at least TWO Emergency contacts
